What we do.

Enter your current and new assessed property values, and we calculate your estimated annual, monthly, and 5-year tax increase using locally accurate effective tax rates.
Our methodology.
We compile effective property tax rates from official government sources, tax authorities, and reputable research organizations. For each jurisdiction, we use the rate methodology most appropriate to that country's tax system — whether that's mill rates, effective rates, band-based systems, or area-based calculations.
We clearly note the methodology used for each country and region, so you always understand how the estimate was calculated. Where sub-national data isn't available, we use national averages with appropriate disclaimers.
Data updates.
Tax rates change regularly. We update our data every 1–2 months to keep estimates as accurate as possible. All exchange rates are hardcoded snapshots — we note the date so you know when rates were last refreshed.
